And its 10-second bumper.
This is Twenty-First Century Fox’s new logo. Finally they are here in the 21st century. The first reaction would be, “Hmmm, ok.”. It looks like Rupert Murdoch has a thing for Chinese food. This is a plate with a pair of chopsticks; in black & white. Playing with negative spaces, it appeared cool. Too simplistic I’d reckon.
“[The logo] serves as a powerful symbol of the inspiration and high bar set by our company. Like our name, the logo reflects the rich creative heritage of Twentieth Century Fox and signals the promise of the 21st century and our restless drive toward the future.” – Rupert Murdoch.
The bumper on the other hand sounds like a bad quality intro sound mixed with a cartoon-like sci-fi sound effect. Two beams (or lasers) shines through the black background that will eventually form the chopsticks.
